Founded in 2004, Hawthorne Wire is the first and only independent wire start-up in America this century. The partners and employees have dedicated themselves to making a great wire product. We decided that we wanted to have fun and make our venture a rewarding and satisfying endeavor.

To date we have been able to be true to our customers, our vendors and ourselves. We firmly believe there is a place for an enterprising business such as ours, and firmly believe that the last wire made in the USA will be made by Hawthorne Wire.
